From Business Process Outsourcing to Business Process Utility The goal of the Gruppo Engineering in setting up EngO was to overcome the limitations of traditional outsourcing as a way to reduce costs by outsourcing non-core assets, transform the enterprise back-office into a "business wheel" through increased process efficiency, and improve data quality, and the speed and efficiency of data availability.
