Credit Processes
For Credit Process area, Engo is able to fully manage the processes related to contracts: mortgage, leasing, factoring, consumer credit, personal loans. From the preliminary investigation and deliberation, to the effective opening of the relation, until the ongoing management of the contract during its evolution.
Within the Loans Value Chain, the offer line that we are bringing to market contains aspects of due diligence and process review (consulting) and outsourcing activities to support the process. During the service execution, the proposed solution consists in the creation of a structure, composed of an outsourcing specialized back-office dedicated to carry on all the operational activities to support customers and leaving to Banks only commercial activities and decision-making steps (core business).
The used methodology will compress the SLA and service costs and will implement cross-selling activity, such as expert technical property estimation, cancellation of mortgage registrations (Bersani decree). Within the area of Credit Risk Mitigation, the offer line refers to update of rating models, meets components of Advisory Service (due diligence in progress, and impact analysis on intermediaries internal structures), Innovation (revision of client contact model) and BPU (task execution).

Within the field of Consumer Credit, the offer line that will be reach the market will contain aspects of Consulting (management processes branch, deleting queue/operations, sales training and streamlining non-commercial activities), aspects of Innovation ( introduction of tools such as innovative self-service), aspects of BPU (support the investigation and finalization of consumer credit practices).


Business Processes


For the commercial area, Engo is able to fully manage the processes of open registries and relations, the so-called Welcome Kit and all subsequent modifications. A model of offering includes  processes analysis review of the commercial networks to create efficiency and implementation of new business model. Commercial network will charge only the marketing of the product to maximize the time available and to improve the commercial knowledge of the customer. All administrative tasks are taken over by the supplier that, due to the industrialization process, ensures SLA compressed and provides after-sales services.
